I think they are leaving ashley and that other dude out because it would cause conflict with the decision you made in the first game. If it reads your last save though and does something.. That would be fuckin' awesome.

ME1 is my favorite game of the gen so far. I can't wait for part 2. I LOVE that it is coming in January. When I first heard 1st quarter, I thought March, but this is great.

 

Also, to those wondering where Ashley is; she's smoldering in a nuclear-blast crater (In my game as Ugly Sheppard, anyway).

I'm an engineer but want to play 2 as adept so might not be able to use my save, yet if using my save means Ashley is dead in the second one I'll stick with being an Engineer.

the detail is great as always, the voice acting is also great , but anyone notice (im sure you did) that bioware loves sex way too much.
its like they think their fans will buy the game just for a mini sex scene. (they did this exact same thing with dragon age)

The more I saw the scene in the first game, the worse it got.  The romance was clumsy too, especially with Ashley.

Anyway, the ESRB ratings for the 2nd game do not mention any "Partial Nudity", so maybe things will be less about all of that this time.  Not that they were in the first game, but a lot of mainstream talk unfortunately was about an awful and optional sex scene instead of on how amazing the game was.
