Nintendo also revealed that two thirds (66%) of adult DS users are female. Dr Kawashima's Brain Training: How Old Is Your Brain? has sold over one million units in the UK, indicating one in four DS owners have the title. In other positive news for Nintendo in the UK market, the Wii passed the one million sales figure in just 38 weeks, 25% faster than the PS2 and over 35% faster than the Xbox 360. Nintendo claims the Wii currently holds a 68% market share, although it didn't specify the details of that market. It also revealed that last week saw the highest sales of the Wii in the UK to date.
