The developers of Agent and TLG have both said they expect a 2010 release date.

Those are confirmed for their respective platform, at least. APB on Xbox 360 is questionable at this point, unless they've recently reiterated that it's coming to Xbox 360. They've said time after time that they're releasing first on PC, then looking to consoles.
Rockstar: Announce Bully 2 already and make gamers proud!
Kojima: Come out with Project S already!
It sounds 2010 will be better year for gaming than 2009 and 2008 (Can't decide witch year was the best...So hard).

And as of http://www.apb.com/faq/
We’re evaluating opportunities for a console port of APB but there’s nothing concrete to announce at the moment. There will not be a Linux or Mac version of the game.

Have you read the article?
Rockstar: Announce Bully 2 already and make gamers proud!
Kojima: Come out with Project S already!
Well its on hold for 360 and its not coming to MAC or Linux.. so i dont see how it can not be exclusive to PC? Explain yourself.

Listen guys, I have been adding several console games suggested by others, and even removed a couple of PC games. I'm trying to be unbiased but I know alot more about PC games, which is the reason why I've added so many PC games initially (and probably still missed some).
Any game that is only confirmed for one platform is exclusive, regardless of how likely it is to be announced to another platform in the future. APB has only been confirmed for PC, just like Alan Wake is only confirmed for Xbox 360. If you think I'm so biased in putting APB in the list, then what do you think about me putting Alan Wake, a game that was first confirmed for PC, then became a 360 exclusive, then Remedy devs stated it was not their fault it happened, etc..
As for the lesser known PC games, popularity doesn't make games any better. I put them for a reason, and I have a strong case for each of them. For example, Storm of War is a flight sim made by Maddox, the best flight sim developers. They made IL-2 Sturmovik which has +90% rating. They have been working on Storm of War for ages and some screenshots show the potential this game has:

Another unknown PC game Gray Matter, an adventure game, it's is written by Jane Jensen, creator of the Gabriel Knight series (any fan of the adventure genre knows what I'm talking about). Just because you never heard of a game doesn't mean it sucks.
