Based on what?
MW1 as more revolutionary but MW2 is more fun. I'll vote MW2.
The Shooting/GunPlay is more realistic in MW1 but overall graphics & fun Gameplay MW2 has the Edge. So I say MW2.

Unless people want less features, is there a reason to keep playing MW1 besides the campaign? o0
MW1 has the slightly better campaign, but MW2 has the better multiplayer and spec ops.
