The question is will they actually try to dev for the Wii HD? Currently were seeing developers doing half ass jobs on the Wii. Take graphics for example, very few games have even gotten near the Wii's graphical capabilitys. Would this change with the Wii HD? Would Devs stop being lazy and really try?

In the west, probably not.  We rarely see western devs really push anything but the highest end game platforms.  The best looking DS, Wii and PSP games are almost all Japanese.

Its hard to give a straight answer for this type of question; developers will probably make HD games, but it will probably be like with the regular wii all over again: no original titles yet, ports(despite being hd games), its still the same wii , but with HD, and like you said when ya quoted me, more "excuses*(now that you mention it). Some will probably say *yeah its too late* and *we will soon announced titles for the platform*

No.  I already have the worthwhile ones on my 360.

I'd probably rebuy RE5 though.  A WiiHD might make me hold off on some others too (Lost Planet 2, Bioshock 2, etc).

What's really sad is that Konami gave N64 better support than they have Wii.  WTF happened to them, they're pitiful this gen outside MGS4 and WiiWare? :/

I haven't been decrying those games. If a game fell short on its own, I wouldn't get a version with Wii controls even then.

If you mean others here, I can't speak for them.
