Meh. It's not like they made anything I'll miss. The only half way decent game from them was Sakte It, and it could have been much better.

What quality games, don't say Madworld and extraction, those are not games that are going to sell well, they are very niche games with little mass appeal |
These are all games I enjoyed just since May of this year. This doesn't include any Wiiware games of which there were a few good ones as well.
Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles, Lego Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues, Pro Evolution Soccer 2010, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare - Reflex, Need for Speed: Nitro, Rabbids Go Home, WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2010, FIFA Soccer 10, A Boy and His Blob, Dead Space: Extraction (yes it counts), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Smash-Up, NHL 2K10, The Beatles: Rock Band, Mini Ninjas, Guitar Hero 5, Cursed Mountain, Madden NFL 10, Little King's Story, Overlord: Dark Legend, The Conduit, Ghostbusters: The Video Game, Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings (I enjoyed it), Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10, Grand Slam Tennis, Boom Blox Bash Party.
That was just a little over 6 months of games and only includes the ones I have personally played and genres I enjoy. So yeah what are you talking about?
XBL: WiiVault Wii: PM me PSN: WiiVault
PC: AMD Athlon II Quadcore 635 (OC to 4.0ghz) , ATI Radeon 5770 1GB (x2)
MacBook Pro C2D 2.8ghz, 9600m GT 512 iMac: C2D 2.0, X2600XT 256
They should make SSX:Blur 2 this time with all the functions everyone was expecting instead of a supped up gesture waggle fest that it was without any real meat.
It was a sleeper but man it didn't scream for attention like Tricky.
I'm Unamerica and you can too.

You enjoyed them, and that's great, but that doesn't change that most of them were just niche titles and lacked wide appeal, most of them didn't even get to one million, and we know from other games, that more than a few million core gamers are on Wii.
Predictions:Sales of Wii Fit will surpass the combined sales of the Grand Theft Auto franchiseLifetime sales of Wii will surpass the combined sales of the entire Playstation family of consoles by 12/31/2015 Wii hardware sales will surpass the total hardware sales of the PS2 by 12/31/2010 Wii will have 50% marketshare or more by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!! It was a little over 48% only)Wii will surpass 45 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!! Nintendo Financials showed it fell slightly short of 45 million shipped by end of 2008)Wii will surpass 80 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2009 (I was wrong!! Wii didn't even get to 70 Million)
lol I dont even knwo what half those games are.
Let alone didn't know there was already a new NFS on Wii.

What is the point you are trying to make- I'm confused? I think maybe we are agreeing to some extent. My point was that there are good games, and they tend to be overlooked by Wii owners and their own publishers. Thus the no good games for Wii thing is just not true. Of that whole list the only ones I would describe as straight up niche are Boy and His Blob, Bloom Blox, and perhaps Cursed Mountain. Most of the rest are sports or based on a major IP of some type.
Are you trying to agree that there are no good Wii games, no good mass appeal Wii games, or what? I think perhaps I'm not following you.
As far as I'm concerned Wii owners complain far too much about publishers and publishers complain too much about Wii owners.

Where have you been!!? The Wii NFS is actually the first one worth buying on Wii. They finally got the controls right. Still not as good as a a game as the HD this year, but more fun with friends.

And as usual it ends up as a discussion about quality of Wii third party titles...
Quality isn't the issue, the issue is lack of interest by the majority of Wii users.
If quality was the issue, Carnival games, Mario and Sonic, Ben 10 protector and all those others titles woudn't have sold so well......
Releasing a game like Assassin Creed2 on the Wii woudn't change a thing. No matter what Ubisoft did the game would still look better on HD consoles and the Wii version would get inferior review and the targeted core gamers would buy the game on the HD platforms as usual..(if anything such a port would only serve to demonstrate the Wii limitations to the casual gamer as he would notice the difference between both version and wonder why his console can't do the same thing..)

And as usual we're back to the "Wii owners are idiots who buy trash" argument.
Glad to see we're breaking new ground!
