The scan from the upcoming Famitsu have been leaked. So far the rumored list continues to hold true. Guy, Adon, and Cody are shown. If you look close at Guy's top right screenshot, it shows him deflecting one of Ibuki's Kunais.

New Final Fight, plz!

I'm going to be using the hell out of Dee Jay and Adon, basically any kickboxer not named Sagat. I can't wait to start Yagwah* kicking and Yagwah*Toothing Sagat players.

*I know it's Jaguar but that's not what it sounds like. I've always like using Adon. Especially his SFA2 rendition, they kind of ruined him in SFA3.
