Sega. Though they still make some bonehead moves regarding treating the Wii poorly, like Project Needlemouse and it's likely PSN/XBLA exclusivity, or the gimped (yet still top-selling) version of Sonic Unleashed they dumped on Wii.

I think they have similar roots because both had their days in the 2-d arcade era.
