I might get this, I need a new DS and I love the size of the screens



 

Predictions:Sales of Wii Fit will surpass the combined sales of the Grand Theft Auto franchiseLifetime sales of Wii will surpass the combined sales of the entire Playstation family of consoles by 12/31/2015 Wii hardware sales will surpass the total hardware sales of the PS2 by 12/31/2010 Wii will have 50% marketshare or more by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!!  It was a little over 48% only)Wii will surpass 45 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!!  Nintendo Financials showed it fell slightly short of 45 million shipped by end of 2008)Wii will surpass 80 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2009 (I was wrong!! Wii didn't even get to 70 Million)

I thought the whole reason of the DSlight and what not is that is got smaller. Yh i can see why it would have some appeal but i dont see this to continue to outsell existing models.

 

The DS Lite is great for travelling and this XL is great for playing at home. It won't outsell or replace the current DSi, instead is like a second option for people to buy another one.

Thign is huge but I will buy it all the same, There are many oldies out there and the XL will surley sell millions.

That screen does look great, but with it being the same size as a PSP 1000 it isn't very portable.

What´s not to like about it?!

I always play my DS at home so this is like the perfect hybrid of portable/console for me. Just perfect.

i don't think Nintendo announced a North American release for DSi XL, so don't let your hopes too high yet...
