Yes it will most definatly become a collectors item in the future. Maybe 20 years down the road it'll be worth thousands, One of the few origional PS3's the only thing worth more would be one still in its packaging. Though if I were you I'd sell it and buy a Wii, no redring or yellow light of death and tons of great first party software. You already experianced everything PS3 has to offer and you already own a 360, so why not buy a console with more exclusive content?
