I'm with you here, this game is shaping up to be my GOTY with a tough competition by Demon's Souls ;) I'm at 60 hours and the game is getting better and better :D

Oh, and Blizzard + Chain Lightning combo = Utter Win! xD

Now that Wynne's in my party, Alistair isn't dying half the number of times he used to be!

Wynne makes all the difference, she's a superb healer ;) Now in my game, she's has a double role, when she's not healing, she's frying mobs with Fireball xD Blizzard and Fireball combo by Morrigan and Wynne is a killer.

All I have to say is Crushing Prison. I love that spell. Especially after casting Curse of Mortality. Those to combined with your takes wailing away makes for short boss fights.

Crushing Prison is a great spell, but it won't work for most of the Elite Boss (Orange) type of bosses. Even Curse of Mortatility has a hard time sticking in them, even a low grade Elite Boss like a Revenant or so.

Oh and forget using almost any kind of debuffer on a High Dragon, they seem impenetrable to them xD

What are your thoughts on the game so far?

GOTY, sorry Uncharted 2 but this game took your spot for GOTY in my book (PC version trust me its much better).

Who are you? (Race & Job)

2nd playthrough, currently playing human mage first i was a dwarf warrior and i can say that mage is much better, especially with a certain specialization but im not gonna spoil.

Who's in your party right now....umm answer this wisely, no spoilers please!!

Alistair, Leliana (need a rogue) and the other mage ally not Morigan, again im not gonna spoil. I play on Nightmare though and i find it pretty easy (mainly cause my PC is so op).

IF you have finished it what would you rate the game?

9.5-9-8 out of 10 its not perfect but damn close

Are you doing side quests or just doing the main mission?

Every side quest i can come by, i did in my first playthough also, but this time im using a guide to make sure im not missing anything.

are you acting evil or good?

First character i just did what i felt was the best option (in most cases the good option) but this time im doing the things that gets you the best rewards

I beat the game a few days ago but I mostly had Morrigan, Alistair, and Leliana in my party.
There is a glitch in the game that caused me to lose "the healer" so I had a hard time at tougher parts. Luckily I was a mage so I could heal a little bit.

I would rate the PS3 version a 9.3, the screen would jitter and sometimes the fps would drop when casting multiple spells with a crap load of enemies on the screen. Most of the time it was fine though, the game is my favorite this year hands down.

BTW: One of the trophy/achievements was to step foot in every area of the game, does that include the DLC as well?

That's not true. Cone of cold will indeed freeze them, it even freezes the Archdemon.

It doesn't include DLCs.

What are you calling a glitch ?

There are several things that can cause Wynne to legitimatly leave your party.

I only found pouring the draogn blood on the urns to turn her away. Must have missed some other instances then.

As for Flemeth, All I did was pop a warmth balm at th start to bsorb all the AOE dmg then I just proceded to tear her a new one.
