You have the Dragon Scale armor already? Damn xD I've been trying to get all the pieces so I can get a shot at Flemeth, she abuses my party with her Fire attacks.

Most fights in the game can be passed without using any of those items, I did the Sloth demon fight without them because I wasn't prepared for it to be such a long fight and that it's last metamorphosis would be an souped up Arcane Horror, so I had none with me. I just spread my party through different corners, hold them there and had my MC up front with Threaten and Taunt so that Sloth would only attack me. Kept spamming Heal with Wynne and poultices when needed, while Morrigan was spamming Tempest and Leliana was spamming Shattershot and Pinning shot xD


You can beat her without, i did. just bring ur healer and ur tank, NO ONE ELSE. have your tank beat the dragon to death. Keep his health up near full at all times. When she grabs him SPAM HEAL. regen>heal>grp heal...thats how i did it.

Well you can bring the archer too. Ranged if your friend on dragons. There like raid dragons in MMO's, AoE in front and tail swipe behind.

but regen > heal > grp heal

that sound like a chain....the only problem is the chaining on PS3 is horrible...I can't do it properly....soooo I may have to use different strategy's

Apparently for us console people, friendly fire is off & battles are easier

I'm not sure if we can chain, I mean I have been able to kind of chain....but it never shows the "icons" being chained up to me

Also Lest, you need to kill a dragon, High Dragon i think, to get the dragon scale armor lol. But its a bit easyer then  Spoiler Flemeth because you cant bring Morrigan to fight Flemeth.

What are your thoughts on the game so far?

The game is very story driven, which is great. However, the fact that the game is so story driven also means that I can't, in general, turn on the game for 15 minutes and accomplish much. I have to devote at least an hour to playing if I want to advance anything because I will either lose my own train of thought on the current task at hand or forget to do something that I meant to accomplish. For me, there is no casual expenditure of time in this game. With that said, I have truly enjoyed the game, the gameplay is spectacular (especially the tactics system), and the story itself is quite engrossing.

If I want to take moral actions: Alistair, Wynne, and Leliana

If I want to be not-so-good: Morrigan, Sten, and Zevran

IF you have finished it what would you rate the game?

Although I am closing in on my first play-through of the game, I have not finished it in its entirety (I'm on the Landsmeet now).

Are you doing side quests or just doing the main mission?

I'm all about the side quests. I have very few incomplete entries in my journal.

are you acting evil or good?

In general, I'm good, but I deviate occassionally.

in CASUAL mode no friendly fire & in normal mode too

in hard mode there is friendly fire!

I felt the exact same way... I hope some of the DLC will address that though.

I felt the exact same way... I hope some of the DLC will address that though.

I hear that. If i dont have alot of time to game i usually dont. The funny thing about the game is im not a fan of storys in games. I more often than not think the story gets old or slows down the game or gets in the way, but not with this game.

This is one of thoes games that would make a great movie. Oh wait they already did, its called Lord of the Rings lolz.

The way i beat flemeth was to take 2 mages(one a healer), an archer and a warrior. Set the mages and archer to ranged fighting in the tactic screen, also make them use healing potions when thet get low on health. then take you warrior and fight flemeth up close to keep her occupied while  the rest of the group will sit back and hammer away at her. bring lots of healing potions to use on the warrior because he will take some damage.
