Dunno if it is still classed as a malware site by google...how do you check (and is malware different to viruses?)

Malware is technically different from a virus.

A virus has built in a way of propagating itself. Sending emails to everyone on your inbox, sending IMs, or something like that.

Other kinds of malware just propagate when people download them from specific places, either by using a browser exploit when people visit a web page, or by being distributed with an apparently legit program. Your typical fake WoW bot that tries to take over your account details on install is malware, but is not a virus.

Not surprising.  It was only a matter of time.

Must be hard for those ms fanboys to face the facts... Even with bloated sales figures, it's time to eat dust!

Actually NGW is now less than VGC numbers on all 3 consoles. Interesting indeed. My my how things have changed.

PS - I perused the site and wow things are dead over there now.

 Hmm, okay. I haven't been to that despicable place for months, but their old numbers were WAY off, especially on the 360. Their numbers even eclipsed Microsofts own shipped numbers...  

NGW is a horrible site, it's pretty much a fanboy warzone. Yes, there is fanboyism here, but nowhere near the extent of that place.

VGC has enough analysts and generally normal people to be worth lurking and even go through the effort of signing up.

NGW is an empty Olympic swimming pool full of jibbering apes throwing handfuls of crap at each other.
