Every major developer has failed many times over on the Wii. Its hard to predict what they want. The Wii may be 50% of the console userbase but their sales trends are all over the place. If it's so hard to predict what they want, then why doesn't Nintendo have any troubles.  Perhaps it's because they actually TRY to develop good games instead of rushing garbage to the market.  It's pretty easy to predict what Wii owners want:  Quality Software. Third parties that are trying to make successful franchises on the Wii out of crappy releases and terrible featureless ports are doomed to failure. 

Most games that have good legs aren't 3rd party but are Nintendo ip's and those never drop in price.  Why should they?  They're actually worth $50.

id have to disagree with ya nick Wii music is not worth $50... and the bargain bin is where many wii games are picked up, gamestop even has an under $20 section for the Wii, do they have this for the ps360? no i believe we dont.

Do we need to go into the development costs and difference in third party focus on the consoles again....

And please, GameStop is not a good example of catering to the Wii at all.  If anything, they cater to the GTA, GoW, MGS, MW crowd as they make their money in pre-orders and early game sales.  Not from people coming in 6 months after release and buying a 20 dollar Wii game.

at the local walmart they have an under 20$ section that has several ps3 and 360 games.
