I know, I know, from that avatar up there I'm clearly all about the metal, and whilst I do love Opeth (and metal), I've been looking to expand part of my music library that is very small but very enjoyable.

I need some techno/electronica reccommendations, please. Wipeout 3/Fusion soundtracks, which are amazing, got me into electro stuff, and aside from Daft Punk and Timo Maas, it's the only techno stuff I listen to.

So, bearing in mind this stuff, can anyone reccomend anything?

Notes: NOT drum n bass (ugh), not 'dance', or trance or club crap. Stuff like Timo Maas, Daft Punk and the Wipeout soundtracks would be great. I have Spotify for instant look-ups of most artists.

F-Zero GX soundtrack has some of the best electro I've seen, and that's counting 'real' DJs and such.

Infected Mushroom: "Cities of the future" and "BP Empire" albums are really good.  And you can never go wrong with Chemical Brothers.
