If you don't have the balls to make some yourself you're really in no position to make make fun of other people's predictions.

2 - 2.5 Million. Slim is just to beast.

I barely make predictions, but I still make fun of people who do predictions entirely based on "I want this to happen" and completely ignore the market and how certain things work.

If people go "PS3 will sell -4 because more people will return it than buy it", then I cannot laugh until I make a prediction myself? Seems a bit ludicrous

If people make ridiculous predictions (or any predictions for that matter) you can obviously reply to those. But why not immediately point out where they're wrong? If you really need to wait until actual data becomes available than maybe their predictions weren't that ludicrous after all.

But in this case we're not just talking about pointing out someone is wrong. He puts those predictions in his sign and that way he is constantly mocking them. I'm actually surprised mods are allowing this.

People saying 2 - 2.5 million probably failed their Grade 12 Math course.
Last year, the 360 sold 3.3 million units in December. Assuming it will sell about 3 million units this year, the PS3 numbers would have to be 5 - 5.5 million units. This is what the Wii was selling like last year (5.8 million), now what are the chances that the PS3 will do 2 million in December in the US?
