I was having trouble with an archer, didn't find the build too strong. My rogue on the other hand, dear lord, she's starting to get powerful. Man, I want to go play, but I won't have free time to play until Sat. =(

I've started characters for all the origins except city elf, and they're all cool so far, so anything you pick should be good.

yeah i started as a human noble warrior with 2-handed weapon focus. I plan on doing an elf rogue next.

I get the impression that playing each race has a different effect on the play-through but I haven't played anything but human.

82 hours and some change.

got it, havent played it yet though. was finishing uncharted 2 1st, will start playing it within the next week or so.

People do talk to you, and treat you differently, based on your race, but I haven't noticed any significant differences in story. Well, it changes perspective I guess.
