Forums - Nintendo - The new Lufia/Estoplis is for DS

what a disappointment.

I like the art. I've played a little bit of Lufia: The Ruins of Lore and I liked it, but never got the chance to even get into it. If I have the time I'll beat Lufia: The Ruins of Lore and get this.

Looks great! Can't wait!

I guess I'll say what I always say when a new RPG is announced for the DS:

Finally, the long drought of RPGs on the DS is over!

Voice acting? ...I wonder how that will work.

Final Fantasy IV DS had voice acting and DS cartridges are available in larger sizes now.

That and we have these things called compressed audio formats. That's how it will work.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs

The scans look amazing :) After Lufia The Ruins of Lore, i've been waiting patiently for a new Lufia game, and it looks like it can deliver. The first VA Lufia, it has the potential to be a good VA game *imagines Maxim and Selan with VA* :O

Final Fantasy IV (DS) uses a 128MB cartridge, the DS already has a 512MB cartridge.

Be careful (spoilers on the video):

Action RPG? Would that mean getting ride of the turn by turn in dungeon or just in battle? In battle it wouldn't change much but in dungeon it would drastically change the game.
