Im sure there's alot of people that liked TDK but have yet to buy it on BR (whether they have it for DVD or have yet bought a BR player), so the first bundle can still be enticing as its a great entry bundle to get into PS3 and BR.

On a serious note, there were some decent deals but nothing that says 360 dominates the deals at all. Fail.

I agree that the PS3 bundles are way better then the 360 ones. However if you look at the $$ gift cards that are being given with some of the 360 skus then those are clearly superior deals.

that's actually key. As NJ5 pointed out, it's most likely for parents to buy gifts for kids during the holidays. The 360 bundle offers two attractions.

1. low entry price

2. more games and they are mostly family oriented.

You do know that Christmas is the time that most 12 year olds get consoles?  Those games will really appeal to the moms of the world who tend to dislike really violent games.

Man ps3 got a 40k boost this week, black friday is next friday (im guessing) which means that it will not be in next weeks sales, but next next weeks sales. Regardless, ps3 will go up by another 40-60k next week.

PS3 is gonna outsell 360 in every region.

I'm really curious: XB360 started receiving a lot of help before the other two and managed to outsell PS3 in USA two weeks, but PS3 kept on outselling it WW anyway. And Wii is already big, and its biggest releases aren't even taken into account yet.

Yes and I don't want 12 year olds on PS3, so good. Take all the 12 year olds you want MS.
