Sure they do. It's called a licensed soundtrack. Have you really not heard of this? Films, television, videogames, they all employ this. A soundtrack does not have to consist of anything original at all and yet it's still a soundtrack. I can show you this across different forms of media if you really need the explanation or proof of existence. I assure you it's real.
I noticed you said "their own soundtrack", but I looked in the OP and didn't see that mentioned at all in there. There doesn't seem to be a rule in this thread limiting the choices as to which gaming soundtracks can be used. In fact, many people put soundtracks that borrow tracks from earlier games in the same series.

just put there DJ Max games OSTs in any order. i have those songs on my mp3 player, on my pc, in last.fm favourites - those are the only soundtracks from games i listen outside of those games and i listen them quite often.
