EA > Activision for me right now.

If you really hate a game company, then you need to get out more.

Activision and here's why:

1. Thinking about charging subscription to play MW2 online

2. Guitar Hero, 'nuff said

3. Yearly Cod games. Maybe let Treyarch make a Cod every year so the series can die fast and have IW make a new IP which only they do.

4. They hate change. They were against IW going modern with Call of duty 4.

activision, i never bought an activison published game on a 360. EA on the other hand are great ,making new ips i have bought several games they made and i will continue to do so until they become like activision (probably wont happen)

can't say I've ever hated EA as I've bought games from them on pretty much every system I've ever owned. Sure they used to make a lot of yearly games, but they also made a lot of good stuff that was entertaining.

As for Activision, can't say I hate them as I mostly just ignore them, but I can only think of 2 games I've ever bought from them. A Tony Hawk game (on N64) and Spider-man 2. Other than that I don't know of any.

I own 0 Activision games. I hate Ubisoft more, simply because I'm interested in their products, and get bummed every time =/ But Activision games look so uninteresting, that I don't even get to be dissapointed by them.

I think it's silly to hate a gaming publisher when they all have the same intentions, to get your money. I like developers on both sides though.

Activision is trying to push itself over the top, to supplant EA.  They have more work to do, to do that.  I am still chaffed over the whole football lockdown thing they did.  And that is AMERICAN football folks.  Their idea of what to do with an RTS on a console is another thing also.  They took world conquest mode out of Kane's Wrath, because console owners don't like turn-based strategy?  I believe CivRev outsold it, so not sure what they were thinking.  You do need to give them some points for trying to do Mirror's Edge, and they have released Dragon's Age.

How about Ewe Boll, the film maker?  Isn't hating him a sign of having some sensibilities left?
