The point is making it more integrated with a social network..

The browser is much better now according to them , not that it was too bad before, but facebook maybe very fast according to them. Its kinda nice to have facebook integrated into PSN, without having to actually post your status and what not, it posts it for you.

Added features are nice, but I was expecting cross game voice chat =S

yet other people say xbl is more streamlined

so no cross game chat again

on the flip-side guess i'll be able to use facebook more now and stop freaking out outlaw.

i think its a great improvement, im sure they want to put in cross game and are going to do it eventually ^_^, the white blocks have been bothering me, this is great

Instead of cross game voice chat how about just allowing the install of Skype? Ok so the number of people you can have on a conference call is limited to 9 or so, but that will be more than enough for most people who want cross game chat, won't it?

I gave up using Xfire for ingame chat while playing PC games online with a couple of friends because the voice chat function wouldn't work first time every time, last time we tried after tyhe most recent update voice chat didn't work at all. We went with Skype conference call and it worked totally fine, better in fact than Xfire.
