Haha. Ok, I only know how to embed youtube videos. All you do is find the video, copy the text in the "embed" field and past it in your post. It's that easy

I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.

Chrizum is the best thing to happen to the internet, Period.

Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!

Bet with dsisister44: Red Steel 2 will sell 1 million within it's first 365 days of sales.

I already got it well before Soriku's post.

I played Super Mario Galaxy for 5 minutes at Gamestop last night. I didn't quite know what I was doing, but it looks good.

The review is in ONM UK, it's very interesting, and says that the game draws the most parallels with Mario Bros. 3, because of the new suits( the same feeling of nostalgia when you get a new suit in SMG, as in SMB 3). Also they talk of the fantastic graphics (especially during the opening sequence.)

There closing comments were:

+The incomparable Mario gameplay

+Outstanding Graphics

+Sound design is superb

+Moments of genius round every corner

- It has to end eventually

97%

For comparisions sake, this publication gave Metroid Prime 3 94%, so Mario Galaxy must be amazing...

link to a thread on the ONM forums in which Chris (one of the reviewers) answers peoples questions on Mario Galaxy.

interesting ?ns;
How long is it expected to last hardcore gamers?
Took me around 8 or 9 hours to complete it with 60 stars, 17-18 or so for 120. But bear in mind I'd played the demo levels to death previously and knew the first couple of hours' worth inside out before starting, so I just sped through those without having to explore too much.

are thier any space toads or aliens to talk to in the levels like in 64 with the pink bomb-ombs?
Yup. Most galaxies have characters wandering around who you can talk to. What's nice about it is that while you talk to the "important" ones the usual way (walk up to them and press A), when it comes to the ones that only have funny, throwaway lines (like a bee saying "this honey is heavy!") you only have to walk past them and a speech bubble will come up with the line in it. So simple and so convenient.
