It just seems to me as though the Halo name is being oversaturated. It still has the power to sell millions, but it seems as though there will never be an installment that sells as much as halo 3 did. This could either be because halo 3 sold an enourmous feat for a game, that people have moved onto other game series, or both.
It is obvious halo will remain a microsoft staple, but how long until it's importance is highly diminished? I know that I have just gotten personally tired of the graphical style. To me it's just aged to be a little kiddy. Games like CoD showcase their realism, and I hope halo could do that one day.
So, do you think the halo name is finally starting to see the effects of oversaturation? Have you gotten tired of halo personally?
