Forums - Microsoft - do you listen to music?

do you listen to music while playing a game on your 360? if so when? if not, why? i am just curious =p

Not really. I just prefer the music that's in the game most of the time.

Mostly Arcade games and games with copyrighted music (such as racers) . other games shouldn't have this feature IMO, it ruines the gameplay and atmosphere. imagine listening to Wumpscut while playing silent hill.... oh wait thats a great idea!

Of course my horse.

God i hate fanboys, almost as much as they hate facts

No, because I don't feel like wasting space on my 360 and I'd rather listen to the in-game music.

I listen to my own music (Rave, Old skool breakbeat, Dance, Garage, Rock, Indie ect) if im playing certain games (mainly racers like PGR 3, Ridge Racer 6 or Dirt 1/2)

One racer where i listen to the in game music is Forza 3 (Great selection of songs in that game) the songs do come around fairly frequently though so i may go back to my custom soundtrack on Forza 3 eventually.

Theres one game out there where i would NEVER listen to my own custom tracks whilst playing purely bacause the music in this game is FANTASTIC, and thats Streets of Rage 2

no music, in fact that's the first thing i look to turn off on all games. a few games like Star Ocean, Mass Effect, Fable 2, RPG type games i can tolerate in game music at a very low setting but on all other type games i would rather in game sound to hold the atmosphere.

Yep, i'm a girl

No. It was fun though playing Lost Planet and playing my music though. That was about 2 years ago though :)

Everyone needs to play Lost Odyssey! Any opposition to this and I will have to just say, "If it's a fight you want, you got it!"
