Not as much like Super Mario World.

There's a lot more parallels with Super Mario 3 honestly. There are a lot of new obstacles in the game though that are interesting.

I liked SMB 3 too....but nothing beats super mario world I dunno, but there was some kind of magic in Super Mario World & its levels
