On release trophies could not be unlocked, however if you unlocked them offline or after one of the patches you could not sync your profile with a MW2 trophy on it.
I think its fixed now but with PSN you never know.
It happened to me yesterday but I tried a couple of hours later and it was working.
It was the first time I had such an error.
I get it all the time, but trophies still update. It's quite perplexing.
i've had this problem for a couple of weeks now, so it isn't down to MW2
First time for me ever was yesterday, synching my son's trophies before doing a backup. The night before, I synch'd mine after earning a couple more InFamous trophies and all was well. I'll see how it goes today.
