I've done countless google searches with different keywords, I've read countless descriptions, I read wikipedia, I read reviews....

NO ONE mentions whether or not this game has  splitscreen 4 player local multiplayer. Someone here who has the game.. please tell me. Can I play splitscreen 4 player with my friends?

im not going to be able to confirm a yes or no, but goiing by trends of games... no. Give me about 15 hours I can tell you.

I googled it once and found 2 player split screen for spec-ops. No co-op in the campaign.

OT: Probably not. Most likely just a minor vs mode like CoD4 if anything.

What does that mean? Is it a vs mode where like... 4 of us can go splitscreen and fight with each other?

It appears this game -does- have splitscreen, it's just my friends and I seem to be the only humans left in this world who care for such a thing. >_>

yea not only can you play 4 player split screen but if each of you is logged into an account you will level up just like online multiplayer no more 10 random classes.
