Kefka was a man with power that could do whatever he wanted to do...Sephiroth was a man with reading comprehension and he needed power to accomplish his goals..which ge failed at anywaz...at least Kefka can say succeeded somewhere

I am actually going to go with Sephiroth on this one (OH NOES) and my reasoning for that is because of the aura of mystery surrounding him at the begining, the power he wields (kitase has stated that in the FFVII universe that Sephiroth is the most powerfull being, there is nothing above him) and he's more intimidating, well at least he is to me. Don't get me wrong Kefka is a very good villian for all the reasons mentioned above me. (I now go to hide in my Flame Fortress)

Sephiroth is mute?
he was..... quite whiny, his reason for being a villian is funny though. like the writers suddenly thought, OH HAI LETZ MAKE HIM GO EVIL!

Offtopic , i seriously thought Square wanted to do something like Mother / Earth bound were the final boss is something you wont expect to be "Evil"

I actually liked Vanye alot..,but you should know by now that FFXII is the bastard child of the FF series
