Who is the better villain? Kefka from Final Fantasy 6 or Sephiroth from Final Fantasy 7?

Kefka, easily. He succeeded in destroying the world, has all the evil traits for a villain, and well, so much more to boot.

my vote goes to aerith .... yes you all know that shes evil!

Kefka. Brilliant villian who had a plot in his head to take over the world from the start, and did so with such grace. Sephiroth is a mute bastard who in IMHO is the most overated villian of all time. He was good don't get me wrong, but he was not as crafty as Kefka was.

1) Kefka
2) Lucavi Demons
3)Golbaz/Zemus
4) Exdeath
5) Xade
6) Dark King
7) Sephiroth
8) Chaos.

Two of my favorite villains but I'm going with Sephiroth. He seemed like he actually had a reason to be crazy.
