I totally respect Bethesda and would put Fallout 3 as one of my favorite games of this gen so far. That being said, Bioware gave me Baldur's Gate and Icewind Dale...I *have* to give them the nod.

This is difficult. They are both great. It is really hard like asking Mass Effect or Dragon Age Origins, or Fallout 3 or Oblivion.


Oblivion was the game that sucked me very deep in the WRPG genre, the game where I almost lost my girlfriend, my work and my friends but damned it was fucking worth it; So I vote for Bethesda.

Bioware.

Bioware, i actually completed their games compared to Bathesda.

Bioware, beyond a shadow of a doubt. Not only are they a lot better than Bethesda, they're a lot better than practically all of today's developers, period.

BioWare. All games they developed had some very deep, interesting storylines.

I also like Bethesda as their games have unusually high longevity. However, I really wish they'd focus on quality control!

Bioware. There's absolutely no one that can compete with them in WRPG's.

this is a tricky decision. bioware has done more games that i like, but i have liked bethesdas games more.

Bioware - superior storyline & characters in games

I like bethesda's world map's though, they make them huge :)

but I'd have to say bioware is still much much better.

Fallout 3 is my favourite RPG this gen so far.
Still Bioware is easily Nr1 due to their previous games.
