Well, Mass Effect is my favourite game out of those two lists so I guess I'll go with Bioware.

I play Bethesda games for much, much longer.

Baldur's Gate alone would put Bioware on top of Bethesda imo.

Btw I of course pick Bioware, although I admit Fallout 3 was pretty awesome, Bioware overall is much better. Both do support amazing mod tools though. ^_^
