I have no idea why folks seem shocked that the ps3 browser sucks.

But with that said, it's good for catching up on missed tv shows.

It is great with the already bookmarked sites, ps3 blog, you tube etc. The controls are very intuitive, I applaud Sony for putting it in.

I also use it to download non-official themes. OS-X theme rocks, it also changes wall paper every time you enter it. I think everyone should have it.

What do you expect its using a version of Netscape (or maybe even Mozilla), i know as i developed a web site that detect browser clients and it came up as netscape. Still i think it's not bad for a console browser, better than not having one IMO

I never thought of putting it vs the wii Opera browser..

The PS3 don't have the features that make the internet run good like the PC. I thought people been known this.

I love my PS3 to death, but yes the browser is fucking worthless.

All I want is to be able to visit a web-page in game through the XMB. I can't believe this isn't possible yet.
