Like the title said I want a headset that can both transfer the in game sounds + voice chat, I don't really think that my LCD is giving my games there right sound wise.
Any recommendations, personal experiences and where to buy them ?

"The Bluetooth audio signal for PS3 only carries voice chat. The game sounds and music are played through your TV or stereo receiver only.
If you want to listen to the gameplay with headphones then they will have to be compatible with your TV or stereo receiver."
I looked for a way when i got my Bluetooth Stereo HeadSet couple months back, just can't do it.

"I don't trust #XboxOne & #Kinect 2.0, it's always connected" as you tweet from your smartphone - irony 0_o
You can't output the game sounds to a bluetooth headset. What you can do is use heaphones and set the voice output to the default audio device (the headphones in this case).
Settings -> Accessory Settings -> Audio Device Settings -> Output Device -> System Default Device.
I sometimes use wireless heaphones and then just hook my bluetooth headset to the collar of my shirt.
Try these I dont like using wireless because of the interference.

The best bet is to use a wired headphones (does not say in your post if it has to be wireless) 5.1 headsets are a gimmic. They use (usually) 8 small speakers to try to simulate the surround sound. Real headphones are MUCH better.
I use http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826262103 with a usb mic:
Those headphones have a 10ft cord, so they easily reach to my amp (receiver), but would also work hooked into the headphone out jack on my TV (using HDMI from the PS3)
Bullets option looks good as well. Stereo phones beat 5.1 gimmics everyday.
Hey guys just to clear things up I don't need it to be Bluetooth I'm totally fine with a wired headset.
I have always been of the opinion that stereo headphones through a stereo jack (or stereo->rca r/l converter) sound "cleaner" (for lack of a better word) than going through USB.
Besides, you can always use stereo headphones for other things (mp3 players, your car, etc)
Just so you can do a bit of research on ya own to make your decision:
