Halo did 3.8 million or so so I think it will fall short by about half a million or so.

Oh.. but that chart i linked says biggest Week ones? But the news says first day? Im confused.

I don't care if it does or not, i am just shocked at 3.3 M projected sales 1st week. I am very proud of PS3 owners buying software in these numbers.

The news is about the first day. They aren't specific for actual sales but the chart is about the week. They're expecting it to add about 2 more million for the rest of the week between the PS3 and 360.


Ah, i figured it must've been something like that. Thanks for clearing it up.

It's actually PROJECTED to be 3.3million 1st week compared to Halo 3 actual 3.8 1st week.

ppl r confused on day 1 sales and week 1 projections...it will come close, that's for sure but 360 my god....half the world never knew the original xbox existed look at the 360 grow....even if the ps3 passes the 360 worldwide, microsoft has already won!

In light of the article about how sequels owners might be switching consoles...the news throws a TON of cold water on that opinion!
