Canadian who doesn't make much money, so effectively nothing. Insurance from work covers the rest.

Whoa Chairman Mao how can you possibly get health care for free? Well its because they make up for it by charging us 8% Provincial Sales Tax and 5% Goods and Services tax on every purchase. Not to mention every other ridiculous tax we have to pay.
