Exactly the same game, and didn't lose any of it's "epicness" from going to Wii graphics. Fact of the matter is Wii is powerful enough to where games do not look bad anymore. Yes they don't look amazing, but they don't look bad.

Infinity Ward is full of shit, MW2 could easily be done on Wii.

Actually, I will buy it just to play with my friends (I won't play the single player mode again), but this game is a hell of an amazing port. All the action, feeling and experience is there. We can't say the same thing for the graphics but still, this game has a pretty decent graphics. You will complain about the graphics only if you are very exigent.

Colour me impressed.

This is an example of what I mean when i say graphics don't matter (as much as people say). It may lack some of the flash of the PC version but the intense experience appears to remain largely intact.
