Ssj: What country do you live in? I thought that i was from a small country, with population of 5M, but 35k? And you call the mall small, when it takes double of your countrys population.

I would personally expect R&C to sell pretty good, but Eye of Judgement, wouldn't expect much from it.

I'm really not expecting too much from Eye of Judgement sales wise. I think it will have a dedicated group of fans, but I have a hard time seeing the game break 350k world wide. Of course part of the games success will be based on just how much Sony supports the camera peripheral. Does anyone know what other games are goign to be using it?

I was wondering where you found the higher attach rate for the PS3 as well, because that isn't what I've seen. It's not that I saw that the PS3's attach rate was lower: I just haven't seen a clear calculation of the attach rate at all. It wasn't in their quarterly financial reports, for example.

both ratchet and clank and eye of judgement are sold out in my area.. i was at eb games today and overheard them telling this kids mom that they were both sold out at all stores from what i here though ratchet hasnt even come out everywhere yet so as usual eb games employees dont know what they are talkin about

I got Ratchet at an EB here in Ohio Friday.  It was the last copy the store had. The guy told me they had recieved 16. I then went to a target Saturday, where there were about 10 or so available.

The game is absolutely fantastic. If anyone is on the fence about it- Get it.

I expect the sales of R&C to be very good. This is one of the major staples of the PS franchise. It is also one of the few games that would make me consider buying a PS3, (if i didnt already have one)

ATM there are a bunch of games available on the PS  Store for the PS Eye : "Operation Creature Feature", "Trials of Topoq", an interactive screen saver "Aqua Vita" http://www.gametrailers.com/player/23911.html . (which will probably be soon followed by another one "Tori Emaki" http://www.gametrailers.com/player/usermovies/114564.html ) , a free software you can use to creat personal videos "Eye Creat" and of course you'll be able to use the cam for videochat (with up to 6 people onscreen) and to record your perfomances with Singstar and publish them on the net.

And there was this game presented at E32005 "Eyedentify" http://www.gametrailers.com/player/5839.html that will probably pop out someday.

R&C has better do more than 150k first week - closer to 300k. Its going to be the biggest PS3 title (in the US) this year, and if this is the best it can do - its going to be a grim Xmas.

EoJ may struggle to hit 40k (first week) - I'll say closer to 15k. It seems to have flopped in Japan week#1.
