The rankings are generally delayed although it says updated hourly.  Although I suppose updating hourly doesn't exactly mean the ranks are from last hour.  You'll regularly see gold box/deal of the day games at the top of the charts after the price has gone back up.

Many hours later, and it's still up there. O_O
Only the 360 version of MW2 managed to pass it now.
