But there is something DOWNRIGHT WRONG.. When Wii sports beats World of Warcraft Burning Crusade for the Best multiplayer game... This is SERIOUSLY SERIOUSLY Flawed... i am shocked to the bone that on what basis are they giving this award ?? am LITERALLY shocked and stunned.. Wii sports best multiplayer award beating World of Warcraft a game that lives and breaths thousands of multiplayers online... hahhaha.. i am speechless

so which of the games helps you better to score with a girl playing with/ against her? Now that some serious stuff to consider. Multiplayer at its best.

Wiisports is a great idea, it just lacks full motion control. Maybe wii2 will fix it.


I wasn't sure whether you were meant to do the real life movements, or one especially for the game, because the first did not work. I did a golf swing and the club moved backwards and that was it. I ended up essentially putting it. I'm not sure what I expected, but I didn't really enjoy the experience


 

if your basing your opinion on what is the worse sim game on it your short changing yourself

 There was only 1 wii remote there, so we only played bowling and golf, which as I said, I was not particually inpressed by. But I think I've heard poor reviews of the boxing and all I have seen of the tennis part of Wii sports, on a BBC report, was the players on screen making very silly mistakes, completely mistiming things and double swinging. I'm sure that it could be a fun game but to me it does not seem very good

Wii Sports is no way near the Magnitude of a Million Dollar Franchise.. The Complete Warcraft Universe.. World of Warcraft Burning crusade a game that still holds the WORLD record of the fastest selling game ever created.. in one night selling 2.6 Million Units... with over 8 million Subscribers.. This is an outrage to the max level.. People DIE playing World of Warcraft for hours and hours

(yes its a true incident two people in china died playing this game non stop lol)

and than you have freakin WII sports.. This is a complete OUTRAGE

Are you saying that not a single person was tricked into buy the little white box because they have read that it had true motion control. I have read people say this on the internet.

I have played games that use some sort of motion control in arcades 10 years ago. I don't see why you needed to quote it.

The wii does lack perfection to reach a larger audience, or are you saying that the wii is perfect in no more gaming systems ever need to be made again?

 Isn't an integral part of most multiplayer online parts, although I suppose in Wii sports, the type of game is probably better offline with friends there. Was Warhawk even nominated for this award? it's an awesome game

I'm surprised it was even nominated.  Wasn't it an expansion pack?  Meaning that you don't actually rate the game itself but just what it's added?

Wow guys, I can tell you one thing: everyone and I mean every single person who played WiiSports at my place loved it (guys, girls, people over 40, mom/dad) and I live in a fairly big studenthouse where everyone is above 20, so don't give me the kiddy argument.

This game is absolutely the best multiplayer game ever because EVERYONE can be involved. A lot of non-gamers can be scared of the buttons, but in WiiSports a newbie can win from an experienced gamer, brilliant.
