^ Go for the werewolfs. I usually stunned as many as i could with my mage, and then focused all heroes on one enemy at a time. And with the werewolfs i also did alot of all ranged combat so to lure them out one by one.

I played with 1mage, 2warriors and 1 rouge.

Its not the grunts of the factions I'm talking about but the boss fights, you start in the thick of it with either 10-12 strong werewolves surrounding you and a lone mage (Zathrian or what's-hisname) helping you or with all the werewolves who would normally help you fight stunned for the entire battle so you have to beat three sylvans, two very strong greater shades with life steal and an enraged Zathrian without any help at all. They tear me to bits in no time, I'm level 11-12 with all my characters and have good gear but to no avail it seems.

Oh.. you must've chosen a different path in you conversations, because that part didnt end in a fight for me. SPOILER : I went to talk with Witherfang together with Swiftrunner, they wanted me bring the Zathrian to talk. So I went with Zathrian to Witherfang (Forest Demon chick, cant recall her name), and made Zathrian remove the curse without a fight. And all werewolfs were transformed into humans again, and that was it.

That was it.

Not in Canada on PS3

Makes me want to go out and buy the PC version...

Go buy a xbox... walmart oh yea your in canada..

either way buy a xbox.

I ended up with the PS3 collectors.

The pre-order doesn't come until the 17th, but I just walked into a store and picked one up... last time I pre-order at best-buy.

you can get the deluxe edition from steam dood, has all the extra dlc stuff and the PC version is the best version by far, you are missing out if you play the console version.

MAFKKA: That doesn't seem to be an option for me, there aren't really any conversation options allowing it, they're both hellbent on each others' destruction and I have to fight one of the groups. I've tried all the options and cominations!
No matter, I'll try again later, just got back to a previous battle I got wrecked in after getting better gear and gaining three levels and I owned them badly!

Before I said this game would be shit and bioware should be ashamed of it. Well, I want to rent it now just because of the awesome adverts! I hope the fantasy theme I dislike so much won't ruin it for me though.

And that's the only thing I need is *this*. I don't need this or this. Just this PS4... And this gaming PC. - The PS4 and the Gaming PC and that's all I need... And this Xbox 360. - The PS4, the Gaming PC, and the Xbox 360, and that's all I need... And these PS3's. - The PS4, and these PS3's, and the Gaming PC, and the Xbox 360... And this Nintendo DS. - The PS4, this Xbox 360, and the Gaming PC, and the PS3's, and that's all *I* need. And that's *all* I need too. I don't need one other thing, not one... I need this. - The Gaming PC and PS4, and Xbox 360, and thePS3's . Well what are you looking at? What do you think I'm some kind of a jerk or something! - And this. That's all I need.

Obligatory dick measuring Gaming Laptop Specs: Sager NP8270-GTX: 17.3" FULL HD (1920X1080) LED Matte LC, nVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M, Intel Core i7-4700MQ, 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3, 750GB SATA II 3GB/s 7,200 RPM Hard Drive

so where did you guys go first? the downloadable content or what?

i went to redcliffe first. had a few quest already on my list that had people there so i went there first.

I went to Redcliffe first and got my ass handed to me by Bann Teagan and his followers, I hate the boss fights that pit you against a large group that's already surrounded you by the end of the dialogue. Really limits the tactics you can use and it leaves the more vulnerable characters wide open!
I came back at level 12 and whooped them good though!
Revenge!

^I hate it when you are ambushed by a huge group and they have a mage that stuns you for like 10 seconds, no joke!

That almost guarantees your death so you gotta dodge it.

Ya, go to the downloadable content first!

You get a trunk that let's you store stuff.

Also, one small complaint about the console version. In long rooms it's hard to target the enemies at the end of the hall. It's important because the mages usually stay in the back... and the mages can do a ton of damage if left un-interrupted.

Other then that...

This game is amazing... there's so much to do. Every bit is fun. I already feel like I missed a lot, so I'll definitely play it again. Especially after I forget a lot of it because I have demons souls and uncharted 2 lined up after I finish it.

I had the same out come as you but I did have to fight. The werewolves and I fought Zathirian who eventually relented and ended the curse.

I'm thinking of going back to the woods to finish the elf quest now, I've gained several level and my gear is miles better so it shouldn't be a problem anymore!
Did Zathrian paralyze all the werewolves for you as well Darc? I hated that bit! Had to get him alone!
