Lets say if IW wants to get rid of party chat why don't they get rid of the Kill Cam instead ..

The Kill Cam features is what gives it away..

You want to know who sniped you and from where, just watch the Kill Cam replay..

In Halo 3 you don't know what hit you because there's no replay cam feature, therefore you can't tell your team mates where's the sniper hiding.

If anything, I think it's an option for the host to decide who plays a game with him (ie: Uno, where you can choose to only play with cameras enabled.)

Well, i only mute annoying 12 year olds or people who play stuff down the mic.

I tend to think most people are alright though. At least when playing CoD.

I agree with this, although when playing Gears of War 2 I am sometimes in a party chat with friends. But it's really annoying when I'm alone.

Why is the title of this thead "MS to remove party Chat"? The article is about MS giving developers the option of disabling the feature. That would be an action created from the developer's side. Shouldn't the thread be titled "Infinity Ward to disable Player chat feature."
