EDIT: You would have to be the child of your mom's cousin who is married to one of Miley's relatives in order to be blood related. But how close is that relative in relations to Miley's family? It depends if that relative is one of Miley's aunts/uncles, then you would be more closely related to her.

Fun stuff. Even Creation was written for fun. In fact, ALL cultures have their own stories of Creation, The Flood, and the Apocalypse ranging from Indian, Native American, Chinese, Hindu, Christian, etc. cultures.
