Good news. I really liked FFX's sphere grid.

Rikku has some overdrive which means she can do massive healing, but as it is they can all do great curagas, especially as I have the ultimate weapon for Tidus, as well as the perfect armour for him (auto haste, auto life, ribbon and break HP limit!!). I just love playing as high level characters in RPGs |
oh I just used who was useful at the time lol!
@voty2000
Easy?
hell no....I spent loads of hours doing that
I DO NOT need a JRPG to be harder than that
you want difficulty, please keep that wish to yourself lol
why the fukk Square is against leveling up?the same with FF XIV...i dont care cause in the end i will buy FF XIII and know that this is gonna be a great game but levelling is RPG-tradition...and i love traditons!
I prefer having both General Stat boost that comes with the 'Level' and a Skill Base system. To take out general leveling is really disappointing in my opinion. Hopefully they allow a good amount of individuality between the characters with this skill system due to it being the only form of leveling you have, because they sure didn't do that with either X or with XII.
tch, you people and your measly methods of leveling up in Final Fantasy X. There's only one way to level up in Final Fantasy X and that's to max out everyone's stats! That's right I did it for everyone. Though sadly enough I couldn't get luck maxed, or HP higher than 11000ish.

@darth but I like to grind endlessly. Like getting a master summons and matera for every character in FF 7. That shit took hours upon hours of beating the same damn monsters to get. I love that, but if I wanted every character to have them, I had to play a for a ridiculous amount of time. In FF10, it took little grinding to have every character have high hit points and black magic. Hell, I maxed out my character in Too Human and I thought the game was mediocre. I will respect your wish and keep that too myself because no many people like doing that, but I can dream.
I borrow the last sentence from you darth because it was my first thought & I append an additional exclamation mark.

lol thats the SPIRIT!!!!!!!!!
@voty2000
I'll respect your wishes too
but thats just not how I personally play the game, I'm more into finishing it for the story lol
while on the way getting characters quite powerful!
| darthdevidem01 said: @munkeh111 I concentrated on tidus, lulu & auron on the other hand Yuna was, well used for cure, cura mostly Wakka was like yuna, developed ok I completely left out kimahri & Rikku |
Well, since I switch in my characters in and out from battle, all my characters had reached the maximum of their Sphere Grid by Mt. Gagazet. So what I did was I just moved them to another grid. Tidus to Auron, Kimahri to Wakka, Rikku to Wakka (Later Auron), Lulu to Yuna, Yuna to Lula, Wakka to Rikku, and Auron to Rikku. They each had a well balanced secondary stat, except for Rikku, who had both Power, Defense, HP and Speed :D
OT: Well, the Sphere Grid was pretty cool IMO and created a handful of customization, so this already is a positive point in my books. I just hope that you can take different paths that will affect what your character learns, and whether you can move to another character's Crystalium.

This is the true definition of owning.
Well growing up my older brother played the game and I watched. He would leave and I would grind, because if he's gone I couldn't play the story cause he'd miss out, so I just leveled up continuously. I think it warped my mind in the long term.
