Its annoying that they automatically assign a flag by your IP address. I'll do without one.

You can always change the flag.

Can't change the country field after the PSN account has been created. Were you able to change the flag?

On Playfire, and the EU PlayStation website, you can change the flag. But it doesn't change the country of your PSN account.

How did you do this. I had a look but could not find where to do it.

Its an annoying oversight by Sony if you can't change this. Its a multicultural age. Loads of people live in foreign countries and have their own national identities within states that they live in. It appears on PSN leaderboards and online sports games too.

Thanks

Go to Playfire, enter your PSN ID, select a theme, and on the next page, you will be able to customise it. This includes an option for "Country". The PlayStation website has the same thing, but it has to be a PAL region.
