Anyway. I remember one guy had a Hitler avatar once, but he didn't get banned... However, he did get banned for being extremely racist and anti-semitic.

But to answer your question, I don't think you will be banned unless people complain about having a swastika in your sig. But if you do be prepared to make a lot of enemies, that's all I'm saying.

On Topic. It should NOT be bannable to have a swastika in the sig. Its all part of freedom of speech. If you choose to be a douche and put it in your sig then thats your right. 

Theres no such thing as Freedom of Speech on the internet. And you're one to talk Mr. Zedong.

I'm almost positive that freedom of speech doesn't disallow the moderation of speech in forums.
