I guess you're right... bad example... I was hoping we could just use the lesser Ganados at the begining of the game that seemed like just town's folk.

Think King Dedede would have been a better example? I remember him helping Baby Mario and Luigi on the first DS Mario&Luigi RPG game...

Guys, I think Dgc is right. Looking at good vs. evil is too simple, we'd have to look specific character traits to really figure out what role a specific character plays.

I am tempted to believe DGC. It is better to explain it now then when/if he is investigated

Do not assume alignment from the list of characters. If Ganondorf was on there, he need not be Mafia for example.

I haven't always gone with the obvious for role choices.
