i second this. Also more and more countries are realizing the danger or radical extremists and whether we like it or not most of them tend to come from eastern countires. Thats just life

Iraq is still being plagued by terrorist attacks.

The situation is better in Iraq now because the people are in control... there are still terrorists attacks, and that doesn't really prove anything.

There also much less dangerous and as time goes on and they government starts controling itself and the US pulls out, it will eventually mostly fade away.

I mean it states as much in that article.  They need more time to build their intellegence agencies.

Really the main problem with the entire iraq war was that Bush disbanded the entire old army.  Had they kept the "soft" baathists around and made sure that non baathists were in charge and they got a lot of nonbaathists in.  They wouldn't of had nearly the trouble they did.

 

Additionally, you actually don't know if those people weren't dancing in the streets earlier, before they staged the bringing down of the statue.  Since this took place much after they moved in to the city.

Your arguement still falls flat on it's face since it's still in direct contrast to what you call soccer.  It's not my fault that the rest of the world refers to the United States as "America".

It's the same as Football and Soccer.  USA makes a lot more sense for an abrievation, but when someone who calls soccer football complains about it... i can't help but laugh because it's really ironic.

It's like when an adulterer gets angry when they find out their mistress has cheated on them.

First you made a fallacy of analogy(if its called like this in english I dont know), a sports name isnt the same as countries.

Second, the case for America is tthat its a continent, and just one country in that continent calls themselves america, the rest call themselves by their own names. On football, there are many sports, and each of them calls themselves football(USA people call  AF football, and the rest f the world calls AssF football too), in this case, its just that more people play AssF and call it football, soccer is what USA citizens call it so I dont see the abreviation they made is a more correct term.

They didn't want to break that "shit" down, as you said yourself, it was scripted. The Americans wanted to bring down that statue to let the world believe they have freed Iraq.

Iraq is just a political mess like a lot of other countries in the Middle East. I see no improvement there any time soon especially when you have presidents like ahmadinejad that think it's funny to deny the Holocaust.

I really wish I could see improvement like you can when everyday I open my newspaper I see a terrorist attack on countries like Pakistan, Iran, Afghanistan, Iraq,etc
