turn the RGB to full to fully use HDMI , but the super white thing, i don't know what it does

my TV is incompatible to rgb full range (the picture becomes far too dark especially in dark scenes) and super white (no effect), so I turned those options off

I turned them on but not too sure what they did really. Just looks a bit darker.

Read the links I provided,  it does a good job of explaining what they do.   The RGB one is really important for the full HD experience,  but both are important

if the picture is darker it likely means that your TV can't really handle rgb full range or it needs to be activated somewhere in it's menu

it makes colors nicer on my ps3.
