I saved the awe inspiring stuff for last. Many people dont really understand the benefits of a great physics engine in a sim racer. Many dont understand that certain things make a sim realsistic rather than replicated. Tyre flex to the extent that FM3 is doing it so important to handling more than anything. Anyone check this footage out. You have to say it's damn impressive. Also just generally these videos show why it's the best physics of any console game. Enjoy these peeps.

The roll overs could use some more effects on them to make them pop, but they do roll quite nicely.

As for the tire deformation, I was meaning to look at some replays to check it out. Now I don't have to. Pretty cool stuff.

I'd get forza if history hadn't told me that I spend on average only 3hours on car games....

Good vids. I'm quite sad that I just don't have the time for all these great games anymore. Forza and Borderlands will have to wait because I'm having too much fun with ODST, Uncharted 2, Brutal Legend, Arkham Asylum, The Witcher, etc. I've really never enjoyed a racing game as much as I did Forza 3 demo with the assists off using a wheel. I just don't have the time to invest in a game so massive.

Anyways selnor I've kept up with your Forza 3 threads from the beginning despite not posting in many. Good coverage. A job well done. It's the end of an era. :P

The second vid when the car rolls and you see the damage increase with each roll reminded me of those Hot Wheels cars in the 80's that took damage when you hit the sides of the car.

I'm going to ebay now to buy some.

I realy don't think I can buy this this year. I can barely buy 1 more game, with 2 more coming as gifts at Christmas time.

I'm gonna cancel one of my 2010 games for this.

You know what I would like?

Forza 4 to have the Test Drive Unlimited freedom traveling a island of some sort.

That would be Epic.
